IPTVSub provides subscription access, compatibility information and setup guidance for supported devices and applications. Available content, regions and applications must be confirmed before an order is completed.

2. Orders and activation

Customers must confirm the selected duration, number of simultaneous connections and compatible device before payment. Activation begins after payment and order details are confirmed.

• One connection means one simultaneous stream.
• Using more connections than purchased may interrupt access.
• Access details must not be publicly shared or resold.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining a suitable internet connection, using compatible devices and keeping credentials private.

The service must not be used for unlawful copying, redistribution, restreaming, resale or attempts to bypass content protection.

4. Availability and performance

Performance may vary according to location, internet provider, Wi-Fi quality, device capability, application performance, maintenance and licensing restrictions. No uninterrupted service guarantee is made unless stated in a written service agreement.

5. Support and troubleshooting

Setup assistance is available through the contact methods published on this website. Customers may be asked to restart their device, verify credentials, update an application or test their network.
